During our stay, we noticed an issue in the bathroom, as there was an unpleasant odor similar to that of wastewater.Fortunately, we spent most of our time outside the room exploring the Cancun area, which made the situation more manageable. However, the odor persisted and was uncomfortable. The parking was not available during our stay because they were paving the entrance."

    "Best stay!!! Loved the staff , loved the vibe!! Unfortunately i did go when the seaweed was at its fullest but i already knew so we planned to go to a cenote beach club and a lagoon and was amazing. Food is absolutely delicious at Tago and they have a Sushi restaurant there too that I highly recommend. Such an oasis and tranquility. Rooms were gorgeous and the vegetation around was so beautiful. Highly recommend this place, definitely will be coming back!!"
