Otherwise typical Toyoko. There is a convenience store (7-11) across the street, mini aeon supermarket with better prices less than 5 minute walk away. Elevator-enabled access to Bakuroyokoyama station is also near (5 minutes away), convenient with luggage. Ningyocho station is about 10-15 minute walk away.
