I left my passport in the counter and left and I know in my mind that I left it there and When I get back there I am so impressed with how they treated my passport.. they wrapped it really nicely and presented it to me with so much respect. Everything, and everywhere you go in Japan is very well relaxed. The hotel is perfect.
Great location, very close to the Shimbashi Station. The room is clean and it has great amenities. Excellent shower and bathroom products. They have hair styling accessories that you can borrow from the front desk.
Room was clean and spacious - especially by Japanese standards. Overall comfortable. Great location - 5mins walking from Shimbashi Station. Insuite laundry was *chefs kiss* amazing to have. Skipped on breakfast - it was a pricey buffet
Staff was friendly, property is updated and modern, there was a washer/dryer AND laundry detergent in every room we booked (we booked 3). The bathrooms are nice too. There is a coffee machine that has many options all day and night. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and train station. There is also a vending machine in the lobby. Great experience and I will definitely stay here again.
Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It was clean and convenient. It is a little bigger than most hotels in Tokyo (the little hallway made a difference). They had great toiletries (the body scrubs were amazing) and the 24h complimentary coffees were great.
The staff were so helpful in transferring my luggages. The Shimbashi station made it easy to get around the city. I would come back for sure.
Great location, good price. My only 2 complaints are that the WiFi is not always fast and that if your room faces the train tracks you will hear every train passing by from early morning to late evening
The walls was a littel dirty, but die amenities where super, Waschmaschine was super useful, location great, Breakfast the only problem ist if you get there by 8:30 there are not much options y one day they did not make more eggs.
Room was clean, check in was easy, the staff spoke enough english and I spoke enough japanese to make any accommodations pretty seamless. Would definitely stay here again.
