The staff are very friendly and can recommend you to all the local eateries and places to visit. Occasionally the owner's dog pops by which is such a treat! There is a not a "full" kitchen to use (kettle and fridge only) so will be a bit difficult if you want to cook your own meal. The sinks for washing up is right outside the double private room so the noise of the taps travels a bit but most people are sensible and are quiet after 10 PM. The open roof top is excellent for relaxing and enjoying the view of the sky tree.
