The staff are very friendly and can recommend you to all the local eateries and places to visit. Occasionally the owner's dog pops by which is such a treat! There is a not a "full" kitchen to use (kettle and fridge only) so will be a bit difficult if you want to cook your own meal. The sinks for washing up is right outside the double private room so the noise of the taps travels a bit but most people are sensible and are quiet after 10 PM. The open roof top is excellent for relaxing and enjoying the view of the sky tree. It is in a rather quiet street, but very close to skytree and the next metro station.
