First night in Japan was spent here and for the price, it was good! Mattress and pillow left a bit to be desired but the amenities, amazing staff and view of Tokyo Tower at night (in my room at least) made it worth it for me. I recommend!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with Tokyo Tower and Zojoji Temple nearby, offering amazing views and easy access to sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything worked smoothly, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed for 7 nights. Location is fantastic being right by Tokyo Tower and I was able to see the landmark from my room. Room was cleaned every day. Staff were exceptional. Unfortunately no laundry service but there are a few laundromats with varying opening hours very close by. Very good value for money, will be returning should I visit Minato city again!

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, super helpful and really go out of their way to assist you. You can tell the staff and management look after their Hotel, so whilst it’s a little dated, rooms are clean and nice. I walked the Tokyo Tower in 15 minutes. Plenty of public transport options,nearest MTR is 3 minutes walk. Of course easy grab a taxi or uber too.

Nice choice to stay in Shiba,Tokyo

Staffs are kinds and active to help on your problems.Room is clean and comfortable,but the hotel without addtional service like gym or swimming pool.There are many restaurants near by and also convenience store,clothes washing store etc...Walk to subway stations around 5 minutes,and is easy to go Tokyo places by public traffic tops.

Had a great stay at the Tokyo Grand Hotel. The twin room was spacious for a Tokyo hotel and immaculately clean and tidy. Ice machines available on the floor. Wifi was fast. The beds were on the firm side, much to my delight but my partners displeasure, though this is a matter of preference. Tokyo Tower is a short 10 minute walk from the hotel, a great first night activity after checking in to see the city light up as evening falls. There are a few restaurants there. The hotel is a short walk from several train stations which can get you pretty much anywhere in the city.
