If you are looking for a quick stay after arriving at Haneda airport, it’ll be a great option. Taxi costs around ¥3,700 from the airport. Easy check in and out. Hotel internet didn’t connect and there’s no staff to get help from. ##### Ronit Stayed 2 nights in Nov 2022 Verified ### 8/10 Good #### 昌彦 2 Mar 2026 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities 街に慣れていなかったため、目的の「スクエアビル」がどこか分からず隣の「オーパス２」に入ろうとしてしまいました。建物入口にもう少し大きめの看板や掲示物があるとわかりやすいかなと思いました。 部屋に入るまでに必要な情報はメールでいただけたのですが、建物入口はスクエアビル右奥→エレベーターで上がる→2階オートロック入口を入る→靴を脱ぐ→右側のシューズボックスから鍵を取る→部屋の鍵を開けて入る、といった実際の動作と情報を結びつけるのにちょっと戸惑いました。どこの入口？土足禁止はどこから？シューズボックスってどれ？と悩んでウロウロしてしまったので、一つ一つの場所に「（大きめの）表示」があると助かります。 オートロック入口の内部は非常にきれいで快適です。ダイニングキッチンは明るく暖かく空調も24時間効いていました。夜間トイレに行く時も安心しました。キッチンで調理はしませんでしたが、食材以外の必要な物は一通りそろっていたと思います。お茶やコーヒーバッグもありました。 部屋の中もきれいで十分な広さがあり快適でした。テレビやエアコンはありますし、バスタオルや歯ブラシのアメニティはありがたかったです。 外の音（車・よっぱらい）や隣室者の生活音は、同居者がいる自宅での生活音と同じくらいの感覚でした。音の他、物品利用についても配慮し合えれば問題ないと思います。 例えば初日にトイレを利用したのですが、トイレ周囲に尿はね（こぼれ）がありました。事前にスリッパを履いていたので素足で踏むことは避けられたのですが、ショッキングでした。（トイレットペーパーが三角折されていたので、清掃直後に使った方の次で私が遭遇したと思います） いずれにしても周辺の宿泊施設に比べて、このサービスでこの価格なら全く不満はありません。ぜひまた利用させていただきたいと思います。 ##### 昌彦 Stayed 1 night in Feb 2026 ---
