The staff are so friendly and helpful. The property was clean and located very close to the Iriya station for transportation. We loved the large bath you can reserve! Delicious breakfast too. And close to a convenience store. We were a traveling family of 3\. The standard room was a bit small for a week trip so if you need more room, I would recommend the upgrade. Also, we did not understand the onsen was private and had to be booked in advance, so it was not available during our stay. This was surprising, because many onsens in Japan are not reserved, similar to a hotel hot tub in America.
