Room was pretty clean, and generally for a one bed room, it was one of the more spacious ones I've stayed in. The desk area in my room was a bit banged up/showing signs of wear and tear, but was still functional. I also had breakfast during my stay. It was buffet style. It had a decent selection, including bread, meatballs, spaghetti, fruits, miso soup, and salad. Drink selection included coffee and many different types of teas, along with juice. I thought it was decent: won't wow you but definitely fills you up for the morning! Staff were also very friendly, and they also do complimentary luggage storage for guests during checkout day for same-day pickup, which was very convenient while I explored the area before leaving. Overall, it was a decent stay.
