I would give them ten stars out of five for everything. This hotel concept was very very well thought. Perfect designs and great amenities at the lowest rates possible. Free self-service welcome bars, public hot springs and organic breakfast are the best of the best. We love Super Hotel!

The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. They are very generous with providing free toiletries , free flow of soft drinks and coffee all day. Free dryer and washing only cost 200 yen with detergent provided . Location of hotel is excellent, close to restaurants, convenience stores and even a drugstore .

Area is close to train and it comes with free breakfast and free spa. It also provides free products for everyday use re: toothbrush, brush, creams, loofah. Wonderful and cheap food restaurants around too. Close to Haneda Airport and close to the main Tokyo sites.

Such a lovely hotel to stay at with plenty of places around to eat! Was a bit confusing for one night due to there being two hotels in close proximity with the same name, however not an issue. There are not really many local convenience stores, but easily walkable, the train line needs to be connected to reach every area of Tokyo but allocating time is an easy fix. Amazing staff and experience, facilities were outstanding for the price.
