We loved everything! The free amenities were great quality, the free breakfast was delicious, the staff was super friendly! The nearest train station was only a 7 min walk away. There was a big plaza with many dining options right behind the hotel, which we loved as well! We would love to stay here again!

The staff were so accommodating and polite, and they spoke their very best to assist with any questions we may have had. Ideally situated with plenty of transport links and local dining options, this hotel is perfect for anyone looking to travel around Tokyo and surrounding areas. There are also plenty of local car hire options available, and the hotel is very good with accommodating parking requirements too. Thank you to all the staff at the Grand Fresa Tokyo Bay hotel, we will be returning for sure!

Outside of the Tokyo hot tourist areas, but an excellent choice if you’re going to rely on the subway/metro. Rooms are a bit small, but well equipped. Good bathroom. Could use more and softer pillows. Staff were extremely helpful and professional. Excellent breakfast buffet. Reasonable bus service to both airports. Highly recommend.

It is a short walk to the Tokyo Big Sight and very close to the train station. Lawson is on level 2 and is open 24 hours. Very convenient.

お部屋は普通のビジネスホテルよりちょっとだけ広めかなというサイズでした。立地が便利でアメニティが充実していて、ホテル内のコンビニもこぢんまりしているけど必要な物が揃っていてとても快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方達も皆さん丁寧でフレンドリーでした。

Loved the area. Hotel location was very convenient. Room was average, a great place to come back and sleep in but nothing amazing. Amenities were great as they were available in the lobby near the elevator and Lawson on the second floor helped a lot on those late nights.

The hotel had friendly staff and a shuttle bus that went straight to Disney land. It had a good convenience store inside and open 24/7. It was a good hotel and comfortable.

Great stay for Disney goers!
During our stay here we went to Disneyland, so the location of this hotel was amazing! It's only 30mins from Disney and the transfers were so easy! The room was perfectly sized for us, and well furnished. The room was very hot, as we couldn't lower the heater beyond 20° and there was no instructions on how to air the room out, so it got quite stuffy. The pillows were also a little uncomfortable. The free amenities to choose from was a nice touch as you could grab what you wanted, and it ensured there was no waste of unused products. We also found it a little weird that there was no (obvious) exhaust fan in the bathroom for when we had a bath.

great place, ideal if you want to travel to Tokyo and Odaiba easily. Good train line nearby since not much people travel on. nice restaurants and convivence store nearby. Nice staff also.

Excellent hotel with a lot of friendly helpful staff. Limousine bus leaves hotel for Narita and Haneda airport as well as Tokyo Disneyland. A lot of free amenities like facemask and bath salt. Quiet hotel where walls are not paper thin.

Grand Fresa is Grand
A grand stay was had at the Grand Fresa hotel. I stayed in the Premium Executive Suite, and though it was a hefty cost (as it was for a lot of the hotels in Tokyo), it was very much worth it for the amount of amenities offered and the location. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, and we had a washer and dryer included in our room. We also had a kitchenette alongside a full size fridge and freezer, and the property had its own restaraunt on the first floor and a grocery store on the second. The area was nice, the staff were friendly, and I would definitely recommend saying here.

Not a great location for Tokyo sightseeing since it's not central, but it's excellent if you plan to attend events at Tokyo Big Sight (e.g. Japan Mobility Show fka Tokyo Motor Show) as it's not a long walk there. Rinkai line station is nearby. There are also at least 2 convenience stores nearby. There are some food options in the day at nearby buildings. Check-in and out was automated via kiosks. Hotel was fine and a good value with the weak yen ($1 USD at about 150 JPY right now). For the price, it's a larger room in Tokyo that I've usually gotten. (Stayed in Tokyo many times so I'm familiar with normally tiny rooms if you don't splurge.) My only complaint is the temperature of the room. Despite me turning down the thermostat to say 20 C (68 F), it had no effect. Room kept getting warmer to say 24 C (75 F) or even warmer. I mentioned this to the front desk on my 2nd to last day. They said that the HVAC is centrally controlled and that's the way it is since it's not hot now (end of Oct/beginning of Nov). They offered a fan or something else, which I declined. I opened the window to try to keep the room cooler which was of limited use. On the 19th floor, my room faced the highway so there was quite a bit of noise with the window open so no way I could sleep w/it open. On my last morning, the room had risen to 25 C (77 F) by 9:31 am as I'd closed my window.
