The staff was very welcoming, greeting you as you come and go. The rooms are small, but honestly its a good enough space to put your things down and get some rest. The bathtubs are also great for soaking in. The location is also amazing because it's very close to two train lines with lots of food and shopping around the area.

The location is 4 minutes walk from Kinshicho station and metro and so it's easy to travel from there to other parts of Tokyo. There are nearby shops, cafes and small grocery stores. Staff was wonderful. They would try to help you as much as they can. It showed that they cared about the guests. I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel. Housekeeping did an excellent job too. Clean, spacious room. Hotel staff were kind and respectful. Expect to wait for the laundry facilities as other guests are always doing laundry at the same time. Love the free amenities int he lobby

I can't say anything bad cuz everything we experienced was great close to the main shopping areas, transportation, food areas, we loved it, Sotetsu Fresa inn was a great choice, super clean, quiet, kind people.
