They are very helpful and so courteous. The location is right beside the A7 exit of the Asakusa line. The onsen was small but such a gift after walking 25k steps in Tokyo. The rooms are small, so for 2 people with lots of luggage, would need some planning on which one to open. Property was clean, and there’s a water dispenser on my floor, which is so convenient. Will definitely stay here again!
