一番の良さは安さです。ただ、一軒家の１階が男性専用、２階が女性専用と分かれているものの、完全な個室にはなっていなくて、部屋の鍵はなく、カーテンで仕切られているだけなので、防犯面での不安はあります。その点が気になる人にはオススメしません。 また、施設裏が線路で、電車が通るたびに音と揺れを感じます。 私はシングルルームに泊まりましたが、階段に近く、部屋の前が洗面台のため、人の気配も気になりました。 シャワーは24時間使えますが狭く、ドライヤーは22時までになっていました。キッチンや冷蔵庫は共用で、テレビはありません。 洗面台のペーパータオルやシャワールームのコロコロの替えが切れていました。 チェックインからチェックアウトまで、フロントの人 を全く見かけませんでした。 一泊だから良かったと思いましたが、落ち着かないので、連泊したいと言う程ではありません。
