The service is second to none! San was are host and I can't say enough about the quality of service she provided, Thank you, San. It was nice to get a break from the city and relax while experiencing something truly unique. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake from the nearby bakery, which is a must visit for fresh croissants and pastries. We stayed in Petal 1 which has wonderful panoramic views of the canal. Amenities on the houseboat was first rate. Nespresso machine, denom speakers, large TV with free Netflix, Aesop products in the bathroom.
