Plenty of space in the 3 level townhouse for my family of four with the property in a quiet, residential area. Great location only a few minutes walk to 2 convenience stores, a Life Supermarket and the Wakamatsu-Wakada exit on the Toei Oedo (Red E) train in Shinjuku. Nice split AC/Heating units in each bedroom and the living room. Two toilets with bidets was very helpful for four people and the shower/tub was wonderful. The host was very helpful and communicated timely, in English, via WhatsApp. Host accommodated our need to drop off our luggage before checkin.
