The property is clean and new. It’s great value for the price and easy contactless check-in process. Bathroom is cruise-ship sized with no space to move. OK for petite sized guest but larger folks would find it challenging. In nice, quieter neighborhood with walking distance to train station (note: station is for toei skytree line, not metro). Check-in/out was smooth and easy, all done online. A little learning curve with using things like a/c and shower but ultimately figured out. Room was cozy, not super clean but served its purpose as a place to sleep in a decent neighborhood. Convenient access to train station, convenience stores, food was a plus.
