So you have to pay an extra 150 yen on the private rail line. On the plus side the Skytree tower is a 15 minute walk away. Bathroom is cruise-ship sized with no space to move. OK for petite sized guest but larger folks would find it challenging. In nice, quieter neighborhood with walking distance to train station (note: station is for toei skytree line, not metro). Check-in/out was smooth and easy, all done online. The property is clean and new. It’s great value for the price and easy contactless check-in process.
