We also love that they have a great coffee machine and a free breads/muffin every morning at the reception such a good gesture. It’s good to have a nice hot chocolate at night after a long day of walking around (cold weather). The staffs are really helpful and friendly. The only thing that I didn’t like in our room is the smell of the toilet, there’s a smell even though no one uses it so we always have to make sure it’s always close. We checked in late and they are so accommodating. We left our luggages for hrs after we checked out so we can go to Shibuya. The hotel is literally next to train station just Exit in A3 at Kuramae station. 7/11 and another stores are close by. So convenient for us esp to our children. The pastry every morning is really good. That’s good enough for our breakfast and it’s for free. Water is free and they change towels everyday. They have coffee machine in the lobby too. The hotel is right next to the entrance to the Kuramae station, making it easy to hop onto the subway. And with multiple conbini, drug store, grocery store, and fast food in the area, you can find most things you need for your travels or food. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, although one person (manager?) was a little gruff and not very welcoming. The room was just big enough, with enough room to open up multiple suitcases on the floor. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were flat.
