I suggest Hotel.com should not put on their platform. It should not be put in the booking advice. The small hotel space in Japan is acceptable, but the cleanliness is very disappointing. The bathroom is full of mouldy smell, and the quilt is not replaced with a cover. It feels very bad. The whole room is gloomy. I think that the chain operation has a quality guarantee, unfortunately it is not correct.
