The toilet does not seem to have any heating so it is very cold in the winter. What I liked about this hotel though, is the great view of Ueno Park and also access to the hotel's onsen. It allowed me to take a relaxing soak after a long day of walking around. All for a reasonable price! The check in and check out process were super easy! The hotel was located about a 10 minute walk from the Ueno train station. It is located about the same distance from great shopping! One of the unique experiences I had at this hotel was realizing that they had both a back and foot massager in the room! After a long day of walking and exploring, it was so nice to treat my feet to a great massage to alleviate the pain of the day. Also, the in room toiletries were great! Sometimes hotel soaps aren't the greatest but this hotel took great care to select great products! I know this is a small thing but in my book, this just adds to the great hospitality of this hotel!
