The hotel was very clean and the bathroom was perfect. The only downside was the breakfast the next morning in the hotel restaurant. The staff there were opposite of the staff in the reception. Checking in went smoothly. The hotel is located within walking distance of Otsuka station where you can catch the Yamanote line, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was surprisingly spacious. However the room did feel a little dated and it showed with various stains in the carpet and curtains. It was also a little dusty in certain places.
