The staff is wonderful and location was close to everything in Shinjuku. The hotel is showing some wear and tear tho. And there is a very high step to get into the bathroom that was hard for my travel companion to use. Also in the bathroom is a very slippery edge that drops a couple inches next to the tub. My foot slipped off of it and I fell into the tub. Not good for sure
