Room was clean and comfortable. Room was small by western standards, but no complaints. Check in was quick and easy. Small lobby with small cafe, serving American and Vietnamese breakfast and flavored coffee drinks. Very close to Ueno station and amazing interesting alleyways for eating and shopping. Very strange collection of restaurants and bars UNDER the train tracks. Great variety of food and drinks.

Room was a little on the cozy side, but everything was neat and tidy. Conveniently located and very walkable to transportation, attractions, food options, and shopping. Staff was wonderful. Great value for the price.

I really loved the staying at the Emit Ueno hotel, It's very convenient as 2 stations are very near it. At the first floor they also have a bar so you can have coffee :) Great!

Great place. Small, but good place to relax. Close to Ueno station and Ueno Park. Close to restaurants and stores. The staff was great and friendly.

Great location, clean room, quiet room. Prefect for solo traveller. However, since the sink and shower booth are in the room, it might be inconvenient for some.

Pleasant stay. The room is too small for two people, and a bit small for one, but no complaint considering the price. Clean room, great front desk. Will definitely visit again.
