A bit distant from the center but located in a safe and quite area which I have no issues with. Host is very friendly and speaks perfect English! Staff speak english very well, and the room was clean. It was a little bit hard to go to the hotel, because it took about 15minutes from the Ikebukuro station. And shower booth wasn't separated with sleeping room, so it was noisy. The bed was small to me. There wasn't some space to keep carrier. Breakfast was good and staff was so kind.
