Didn't receive the welcome email with code keys from the hotel until after we came bck. 2 business men/staff do not speak a word of English and we never seen anybody from the time we arrive until the time we left. It would have been nice to have recommendation and directions for sight seeing but nothing was available as there was no reception. This was more like a 5 bedroom house on 3 floors.
