It is conveniently located near multiple subway lines. Plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The staff is super nice and hotel is pretty clean. The only drawback is that the rooms are really small (normal for Japan), and sometimes the water in the shower has inconsistent temperature (hot, then cold, then hot again. We just grab coffee and bun from the nearby Seven Eleven which taste good too. Their employees are all excellent in their job. The facility is clean. We just felt bad because I reserved a non smoking room but for whatever reason we got a room that allows smoking.
