Hotel in a quiet neighborhood

A hotel located in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood but it is on the Yurakucho line so quite convenient to go anywhere including in the Toyosu area. The down point is that the rooms are really small. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Highly recommended, you are 2 minutes away from metro/ subway station but if you walk, you’ll find 7Eleven, BONGEN coffee (please don’t miss it)… lovely neighborhood. People working at Amanek are really helpful and kind, for example, they helped me book an extra day. You’ll get Japanese pjs for sleeping, free soluble coffee.

Not the best, but definitely not the worst.

Well I was not too happy about this place, so I will give one honest review I would have appreciated before I booked the hotel. I stayed at 5 different hotels during my vacation I Japan and this hotel was definitely on the bottom on this list, while the other hotels where also cheaper both in Tokyo and outside. Overall the hotel is located near one subway station, not far away from food or shopping centre's and quite close to tsukji fish market. When I arrived at the hotel I got the information that no entry will be made to the room, so we will only get new towels and we clean our own garbage. I was surprised that we have to do our own cleaning in our hotel room. Got a hostel feeling to it. This is common in Japan, but this is the first hotel I stayed at Japan where you didn't get a option so you can put a sticker/note on the door to get it cleaned. Dealbreaker Room was quite worn out AC was either too warm all the time or too cold. Even though you try to keep the same setting for a long time or just wait. Dealbreaker Room had a way to big bath tub area, almost as big as the room, that was also small but had smart places under the bed to place suitcases. Beds for nothing special and hotel had what you need from a hotel but nothing extra. Service was however like Japanese standard, they are friendly and helpful in the reception so nothing to blame on the service. Except the part of cleaning. Not worth the price, if you good deal or/and just want something simple.

The hotel wasn't in a great area and was a bit difficult to find. The rooms were musty and beds were uncomfortable. As a single traveller, it seemed that safety wasn't a first priority. The back door was left open and didn't lock, so anyone could have entered the hotel from the main floor door.

The rooms are nice enough and the staff are friendly, but unfortunately I’m pretty sure this hotel has a mold problem or some big plumbing problem. My bathroom had a very strong dank, moldy smell that was almost overpowering. The bathtub in the bathroom is not grouted and there is no seal against the wall, so there is a space between the tub and the wall where water can get in. It smelled like water had been sitting there for a long time. I brought this up to the staff but they did not seem to understand this is not normal or healthy.

冬場であるにも関わらず洗面所、浴室内にこばえが多く、ずっと視界に入っていたためどうにかしていただきたいです。また、2名で利用しているのにも関わらず、カードキーは1枚しかいただけませんでした。同室の者がお風呂を使用している間は御手洗が利用できないためフロントのお手洗いをお借りしたのですが、エレベーターでカードキーが必要となるためフロントの男性にお願いしたところ、カードキーを持ち歩け、部屋のお手洗いを使えと不満げに対応されて不快でした。カードキーを2枚渡してくださればなんの問題もないはずですので、こちらに文句を言われても、、と疑問が残りました。サッと対応して下さればお互い不快にならずに済んだと思います。

急遽宿を探したため銀座からやや歩きましたが、最寄りに地下鉄はありました！夜中だったからか入り口はちょっとわかりづらい印象でした。（満室とあったので？とも。）受付は簡易なら見えましたが、部屋の中の木製のベットフレームが特殊で面白かったです。清潔感もあり綺麗でした。

짐을 펼쳐 놓을 만큼 넓지는 않습니다. 하지만 침대 밑, 책상, 선반이 있어 큰 캐리어 두개를 보관하기에 용이했습니다. 또한 깔끔하고 넓은 화장실이 있습니다. 환풍기를 끄는 것을 잊고 잠에 든다면 다소 춥게 느껴집니다.
