Our hotel is about a 9-minute walk from the Karasumori Exit of JR Shinbashi Station, and about a 4-minute walk from Exit 4 of Onarimon Station on the Toei Mita Line. The rooms were not cleaned well and I was sorry to make you feel uncomfortable. We were sorry that we could not meet your request for air conditioning, as it was managed collectively.
