The new “eco way as we are helping to save the planet” policy of not cleaning the room daily is laughable. It’s obvious they don’t have the staff - nothing to do with the planet. Staff couldn’t even identify the nearest shopping mall! Only 1 English speaking channel (BBC) after all these years of business travellers coming through to Tokyo.
