Close to train station to airport. Good hotel. Stayed here the night before an early flight at Haneda airport. Building/room seems older, but still in good condition. Everything was clean. Room is small, of course. But not too small, I have stayed in smaller rooms in Tokyo. Bed was awesome, firm, but not too firm. No tub, just a stand in shower. But I prefer this actually. And the water pressure was great. Close to Keikyu-Kamata Station, it's down the street. There is a market and a couple konbini close by. Workers were polite and nice.
