I failed to realize the rooms are on separate floors - this worked well for my family stay, but worth noting if larger groups or families wish to stay in a unit together. The stairs to the apartments are rather narrow and steep, so might be trickier for travelers with mobility issues. Otherwise, great spot in a mellower part of Tokyo.
