The location is superb allowing me to get to places easily by underground trains or on foot. The hotel room is very comfortable and clean. I love their live saxophonist in the weekend. Overall I am happy with my 10 days stay. Would stay here again on my next visit.

Of the hotels we have stayed in Japan, the Grand Bach room was the smallest. Turning off the lights upon leaving was problematic, as there was no power switch at the door. The lobby was too small for a hotel of this size and there was no waiting cup of coffee anywhere. But the staff was excellent and their English was very good.
