"Great breakfast, nice onsen, tennis facilities. Clean room. Free shuttle into town"

"Spa was super nice "

"Set on top of a mountain with beautiful views and just a short distance from the beach, this was a wonderful place to stay! The location was peaceful and scenic, and the rooms were very nice, clean, and well maintained. We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room with tatami floors, and our futons were already set up and ready for us when we arrived. "Excellent property with fantastic views !"

"We had a great stay! The late check-in was seamless, and everything was easy to access. The property was perfect for a family of four, with all amenities well maintained and a well-equipped bathroom. The location was excellent, just a short distance from the lake. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended!"

"Wonderful place awesome service lovely people . "

"You use the whole building."

"Staff were very friendly and efficient. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Good sized Room with comfy beds and good views as far as Fuji."

"Great location, beautiful home. Communication was excellent, the beds were comfortable. Great view of Fuji. My only concern would be the mold in the downstairs bathroom. Looks like an outside leak inside the walls coming through. I did notice a mold/musty smell from it and had a couple headaches while staying there. Either from the mold or the storm that came through."
