Staff spoke English so communication was simple. Lounge had 24-hr water and coffee machine. Didn’t have dinner there, but did have breakfast and it was delicious! Served kaiseki style, attentive and polite wait staff. Thankfully hotel was super responsive and quick communicating thru the Expedia app, which made using the shuttle van very easy. (Would be a challenging walk to/fm train station.)
