2016年の伊勢志摩サミットにおいて世界の首脳を迎えたホスピタリティはコロナ禍を経ても失われることなく、家族一同最高の思い出を提供して頂きました。 事前のレストラン予約時の最高の対応、当日のテーブルサービス、ベビーベッドを手配してくれたハウスキーピングの方々、いずれも客とのタッチポイントにおいて非常に好印象を与える応対に感嘆。チェックインを担当頂いたフロントスタッフの方も多くの先輩方から学び今後飛躍すると期待しています。
