My first stay at a Comfort hotel and after booking this, I noticed that some websites had rated this a 2star hotel. So I was a little apprehensive. The stay went beyond my expectations. The room was a reasonable size and there was even a full length bathtub. The staff were so helpful and spoke English. You can have free coffee and tea from the reception area, and during the evening, there is happy hour. You can chill in the comfort cafe which is a book cafe! You buy your drinks from the reception and there are free munchies. I bought breakfast too as Ise is a small town and not much will be open in the early morning. Breakfast was ok. It is very near the train station and bus terminal. It has a car park but spaces are limited (there are other paid car parks nearby). The room is spacious and clean, but it would be better if the hotel could check the bidet condition more regularly. Convenient location. Good size rooms. Excellent breakfast. I would have given them five stars but for one thing. They won't take payment for baggage forwarding. Most hotels will allow you to pay to have your bags shipped to another hotel or the airport. This hotel refuses to do that which means your bags show up at their destination with money due. Most hotels will not accept bags with shipping charges due. If you aren't there when the bags arrive, the hotel refuses them and they go back to the shipping company. Then you have to arrange to fetch them. Even if you ARE present, meaning you can't leave the hotel until your bags come, it's a big deal because the shipper has to wait around while the front desk calls you down and you make the payment. Those guys are in a hurry and don't like to sit around waiting to be paid. It's just a headache all around. Almost all hotels will let you pay when you ship. Why this one does not is a mystery. Hence, minus one star. ##### Blake Stayed 2 nights in Dec 2023 ### 8/10 Good #### Hirohide 30 Aug 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities 清潔にされていて満足しましたが、部屋の臭いが少し気になりました。 ##### Hirohide Stayed 1 night in Aug 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### Yoshiko 26 Aug 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities まあまあ清潔で、ツインに泊まったが、部屋は広いと思う。アメニティはもう少しかと思った。駅に近くて、伊勢神宮が下宮にも近いので、何かと便利だった。 ##### Yoshiko Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### Mei 18 Aug 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 清潔なビジネスホテルという感じ。朝ごはんはビュッフェスタイルで、種類もちょうどよく、小学生の娘も満足していた。 ##### Mei Stayed 1 night in Aug 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### Genki 15 Aug 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities 悪いと思った点は二つあります。 まず、自分所有の駐車場の無さ。 近くの安い立体駐車場を優しく、分かりやすく案内してくれるのは嬉しいのですが、駐車料金がコッチ待ちなのが少し気になりました。 それと、洗濯機完備。と書いてあるも、３台しかなく、更に盗難防止の為、パスワードを入れる方式となっている為、前に回した人が取りに来ないと何時間待っても使えない事。 ホテル側の不備ではないとは言え、これではただ有るだけで、意味が無いのでは？と思えてしまいました。 せめてマスターキーの様なモノを用意していただいて、終了30分以内に取りに来ない場合は出して置きます。ぐらいの事をしていただけるとありがたいです。 良い点はそれ以外で沢山あり、朝から夜まで自由に使えて、コーヒーやお茶が飲み放題のカフェスペース（子供から大人までの読みやすい本も有り）があり、いつでも寛げます。 自分達が泊まった部屋はとても広く、ベッドの前に大きなテレビ、その前には机と椅子もあり、どちらでもゆっくり観られます。 タオルも二つずつ完備されており、夜と朝でお風呂に入ってもタオルには困りません。 朝食はバイキング形式で、全て手作りでとても美味しく、どれを食べても満足出来ました！ 米派の人、パン派の人、シリアル派の人にも合わせてくれてます。 一番びっくりしたのが、自動パンケーキ焼き機で、手頃な大きさのパンケーキを２枚焼いてくれて、果物も用意してくれているので、アメリカンな朝食を食べる事も出来ましたよ！ 時間も6時半から9時半と、幅が広く、チェックアウトギリギリまでゆっくり食べる事が出来たので、大満足でした。 お部屋はもちろん、全てに掃除が行き届いており、清潔そのものでした。 駐車場と洗濯機の事が無ければ大満足なホテルでした！ ##### Genki Stayed 1 night in Aug 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### OSAMU 14 Aug 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities 外宮に近くて良かったです。 ##### OSAMU Stayed 1 night in Aug 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### ?? 13 Aug 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities 良好でした。 ##### ??
