The food was also very good—consistently tasty and well prepared. I can’t comment on breakfast as I never had it, so I can’t fairly review that part. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every interaction over the month was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely relaxed. They always made time to help and made the experience feel personal rather than routine. One moment that stuck with me was when I reported a faulty hair dryer. Instead of simply replacing it, the staff member joked and asked if I actually needed one, given that I’ve got very little hair. It was light-hearted and good-natured, and it really reflected the team’s easy-going personality. Overall, the consistency of service made a big difference during a busy work period. I always felt looked after without being over-fussed, and that balance was perfect for me. I’d happily stay here again when working in the area. A comfortable, reliable hotel with genuinely friendly staff who make the stay memorable."
