"Great location for what we wanted to (visit silent pool and Shere). Thought spa was tired looking, our room was ok and staff ok without being overly polite or helpful. Didn't realise breakfast wasn't included in price of room so had to fork out £15pp for this. Charged £20 for early check in too so overall value for money wasn't brilliant"

Rooms are accessible directly from the bar and restaurant areas with no need to show or swipe a room card to gain access. If I were travelling alone this would be a huge issue for me and would make me want to go elsewhere."

Very pricey for what it is."
