Warm , clean and very well equipped.Very close to the town for wandering to the shops, pubs etc. & opposite a lovely park and some great dog walks (we headed for the Monsal Trail)Super comfy beds and lovely en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom.. always a big plus when there are lots in the group. Great cooking facilities and equipment, and a lovely great big dining table .Perfect for eleven of us for a family meet up Great host who kept us well informed with check in...

"Fantastic location and lovely cosy place to stay. The steps to the outside garden were very steep so we didn't use that much.The only minor issue were getting some provisions e.g milk, bread etc. We came by train so we were limited by the amount we could bring with us and there is only a small shop selling essential items open untill 6pm in the village. Having said that, there were plenty of places to eat out."
