This contemporary modern villa has been completely refurbished to the highest possible standard, incorporating all the comfort you would expect from a 5 star property.

The owners who have lived on Lanzarote for the last thirty five years, have designed the villa with privacy in mind and attention to detail which was of the utmost importance.

An open plan lounge and kitchen creating space while incorporating a modern luxury feel with ambient lighting.

The modern kitchen has all the facilities for dining out on the covered terrace for alfresco dining complete with a barbeque and sea views.

The private heated swimming pool with biological water and no chemicals, has its own automatic pool cover and will delight swimmers, or maybe you would like to soak in the jacuzzi or just relax with a book on the chill out bed or sun loungers.

You also have your own water cascade and shaded areas to enjoy, as well as sunshine all day long. With luxurious furnishings throughout.

The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Justifying the many combinations you may require for family or friends, allowing everybody to enjoy their own privacy.

Lovely villa with all you could wish for only let down is the seating could do with a spruce up,you would struggle with more than 3 guests. TV set up fabulous and pool and Hot tub excellent. BBQ was a great addition but needs some tools to use and clean Overall fabulous villa and would recommend
