We had the apartment on the top floor, the view over the harbour is stunning! The agua marina building was cleaned every day as well as housekeeping in the rooms. It is a very short walk to the harbour and also about 20 minutes from the main strip of restaurants and shops in the busy part of puerto del carmen. Comfortable and suited our needs. A bit non-plussed when we arrived at 16.30 and found no reception open. However, phoned the number on the door and we were given the code to acquire our keys - could have been emailed in advance.
