A three minute flat walk brings you down to Puerto del Carmen's seafront promenade where there are shops, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. Playa Grande, Puerto del Carmen's golden expanse of beach is 7 minutes walk.

The open lounge and dining has an L-shaped sofa, flat screen TV, and dining table and four chairs. The TV has UK channels.
