Vermutlich war es früher ein Lagerraum, denn es verfügt nur über ein Kellerfenster sowie 2 große Deckenlichter, welche die aber Räume ausreichend erhellen. Die Küche ist verhältnismäßig groß, Toilette und Dusche dagegen extrem klein. Insgesamt ließ die Ausstattung des Apartments viele Wünsche offen. So fehlte eine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit, deutsches Fernsehprogramme, sowie die nötigsten Kochutensilien. Es gibt zwar einen aufwendigen Gasherd, aber wer braucht im Urlaub schon einen Grill fürs Spanferkel, bzw. einen 5flammigen Gasherd. Aduén tauschte dann die Holzkiste gegen ein Sofa aus und kaufte auch die nötigsten Kochutensilien, und besorgte ein TV Reciever – soweit so gut. Da wir die Unterkunft für 2 Wochen gebucht hatten, erhofften wir nach einer Woche Aufenthalt, dass Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ausgetauscht würden, bzw. eine Reinigung des Apartments erfolgt. Auf Nachfrage erfuhren wir, dass dies nicht vorgesehen sei. Als Weihnachtsgeschenk hat Aduén uns neue Bettwäsche besorgt. Die Lage des Gebäudes ist zentral und sehr verkehrsgünstig, ideal um Sehenswürdigkeiten oder sportliche Aktivitäten in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Trotz vorbeiführender Strasse kann man ruhig schlafen. Aduen spricht perfekt Englisch und ist über SMS immer zu erreichen, so war die Kommunikation einfach und unkopliziert. Fazit: Aduén ist sehr freundlich, das Apartment für ein paar Tage ok, allerdings sollte die Außenanlage mehr gepflegt werden, denn alle Stühle und Tische waren zu schmutzig um hier länger zu sitzen oder zu essen. ##### Christopher B. Stayed 14 nights in Dec 2017 ### 8/10 Good #### Verified traveller 7 Jan 2018 #### Klein aber fein! - einen besseren Vermieter kann man sich nicht wünschen Wir hatten einen tollen siebentägigen Aufenthalt auf Lanzarote. Der Vermieter Aduén hat uns direkt bei der Ankunft am Apartment begrüßt und uns die Wohnung und den Garten gezeigt. Auf unsere Frage nach einem nahegelegenen Restaurant hat er uns sofort zum gegenüberliegenden Restaurant Chic geleitet und uns dort angekündigt (sehr leckeres Essen, gehobenere Preisklasse). Da wir selbst sehr aktiv waren und viele Wandertouren gemacht haben (den Vermieter nach Tips Fragen, er hilft gerne weiter) haben wir recht wenig Zeit im Appartment verbracht. Daher war es für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Auf kleinere „Mängel“ (zu kurzer Duschvorhang...) ist der Vermieter sofort eingangen und hat uns diesen ausgetauscht. Wer gerne etwas geräumiger Wohnen möchte, sollte noch nach weiteren Appartments fragen. Der Außenbereich wird mit den anderen Bewohnern zusammen genutzt. Für uns war das kein Problem, es stehen mehrere separate Sitzgelegenheiten zur Verfügung. Unser Frühstück haben wir jeden Morgen draußen genossen :-) Einen Stern Abzug gibt es lediglich, da die Wohnung etwas „dunkel“ ist. Was aber wie erwähnt kein Problem ist, wenn man ohnehin nicht viel bei Tag dort ist. Dafür gleicht der Vermieter mit seiner Hilfsbereitschaft und Offenheit dieses kleine Manko auf jeden Fall aus. Er ist auch während des Aufenthaltes immer für seine Gäste erreichbar und löst auftretende Probleme sofort. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig und nett eingerichtet.An einem grossen tollen Gasherd könnte man auch ein 5-Gänge Menu kochen. Direkt vor der Wohnung steht ein kleiner Tisch an dem wir immer gefrühstückt haben. Im Gemeinschaftsbereich (es sind mehrere Wohnungen vorhanden) haben wir Abends öfters am grossen Tisch Wein getrunken und auch gegessen. In diesem Bereich gibt es einen gemauerten Grill. Eine grosse Liegemöglichkeit mit Baldachin zum sonnen und relaxen ist ebenso vorhanden. Diese haben wir nicht genutzt da wir immer zum Sonnen ans Meer gefahren sind. Verschiedene Strände, sowohl mit Liegen/Schirm als auch Naturstrände sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeit gibt es direkt am Haus.Ein Supermarkt in dem man alles bekommt ist mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Fussläufig sind zwei sehr gute Restaurants. (Über den Vermieter reservieren lassen dann bekommt man kleine Extras :) :) ) .Der Ort Playa del Carmen ist in 8-10 Minuten erreicht- Dort gibt es sehr viele Kneipen und Restaurants und natürlich viele Souvenirläden für Kauffreudige. Die Insel ist klein und alle sehenswerte Punkte gut und schnell erreichbar. Wandermöglichkeiten liegen direkt vor der Haustüre. Wir werden wenn wir wieder nach Lanzarote kommen hier wohnen.
