Great Location and views ,decorated to a high spec modern standard .Very popular

  • Located in Los Marinos complex, New to the market from August 2018 is Casa Lauren two bedroom Bungalow, one with two single beds and one double bed, Recently renovated and furnished throughout including a new fitted kitchen to a very high spec and modern standard. Wifi, TV with English channels , air conditioning in the main bedroom, hairdryers , hair straighteners, coffee machine, washing and drying facilities . Ideally located across from the Biosfera Shopping centre, no need for a car hire everything within walking distance, 10 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the harbour old town. Part of complex with a shared pool which is heated in the winter months. This property is in a lovely spot in Puerto Del Carmen and very popular with repeat guests visiting time and again.
