This beautiful detached house is a desirable property in an enviable location, close to all the local amenities that Puerto del Carmen offers while still being safely tucked away from the vibrant vibe of the centre of the resort. This one level house is a great choice for families, and with two bedrooms plus a sofa bed, it offers sufficient accommodation for larger groups.

When entering the property, you’re greeted by a pretty front garden and two entrances – a parking gate with off-road parking and a pedestrian entrance. Inside the house, you’ll be presented with an attractive and welcoming atrium with a cosy sofa, a BBQ and a dining table. Leading off from this space is the open plan kitchen and lounge space with its large television and air conditioning unit. The modern equipment is well-equipped with everything you need to self-cater. Not only is there an oven, microwave, kettle toaster, fridge and freezer, but you’ll also benefit from the use of a dishwasher to make washing up a breeze as well as a washing machine in the separate laundry room.

The two double bedrooms include a Master Suite with an en-suite bathroom and there is also a second family bathroom. Both bedrooms come fully equipped with air conditioning to ensure a good night’s rest even during the very hot summer months.

The rear garden and pool areas are completely secluded and private, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The outdoor dining area too is a great space to enjoy a delicious evening meal in the open air. There is also an outdoor swimming pool for the exclusive use of Villa Oliveira’s guests. This can be heated at an additional cost, making this property ideal for use during the off-season when the weather can be cooler.

Villa Oliveira enjoys a peaceful and quiet location, making it a great choice for families with small children who want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the main strip. However, it’s within easy reach of local bars, shopping and beaches, so when you feel the need for more activity you won’t have any difficulties in finding entertainment. Lovely villa in good location

The villa is placed centrally between Puerto Del Carmen centre and Matagorda. A 10 minute journey from the airport and a short walk to the restaurants and shops. The villa is well maintained and equipped and clean. Large outside area and two large bedrooms and bathrooms. Open kitchen and lounge and decent cooking facilities.

Excellent stay

My sister and I had a great stay at Villa Oliveira. The villa was lovely and we liked the location away from the businesss of the resort. Check-in was straightforward. We were impressed with the number of seating areas outside which meant you could be in or out of the sun. The pool was lovely and very clean. We had everything we needed and more and felt at home. Overall, everything was perfect. We cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Great Villa very thing you could need

We have just returned from 11 days at the Villa Oliveira, It was a lovely Villa and the location is just right, not too close to the main strip but about a 7 min walk . It is a very spacious villa with plenty of options for sitting inside and out , the pool was very clean but it is sea water which didn’t bother us. We had the cleaners in once and they were very nice and efficient couldn’t fault them. Would definitely be staying again.

Fantastic property in great location

This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. The service and communication with the staff was excellent and very helpful. The property is in a great location all rooms are a good size and the kitchen has everything you need. It was also very quiet. One of the bathrooms has recently been refurbished to a high standard and the remaining one will be completed hopefully in October.

A nice spacious house close to the sea promenade

We spent 1 month in the house, and we had a good time. The house corresponded to the pictures on the advert so no big surprises. The outdoor area was by far our favourite part. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the garden is very well kept. The bathrooms could use some refurbishment but are still very OK and things work properly. The area is quiet and close to the promenade with shops and restaurants. The few problems we had were promptly solved by the staff and this was definitely appreciated. We will definitely book via Buena Villa if ever back in Lanzarote.

Villa Oliviera 16-23/12/24

The outside area with pool was spacious and well kept. The inside was clean and beds were comfy. Could do with new pillows though! The paintwork on the skirtings was stained and grubby, the bathroom window fell in. Wi-fi didn’t work throughout the property and the only two accessible sockets in second bedroom (hidden by chest of drawers) didn’t work. Overall quite dated and dark! Would be nice to have a folder with instructions for appliances.The big refuse bins just behind the property were noisily emptied around 4-30 am ish most days! 5 min easy walk to main drag and the lovely Los Pocillos beach, a nice 45min walk to Old Town/port. Buses easily accessible and taxis good value.

Private Villa in a quiet area.

Lovely Villa in an ideal location for exploring the area. It is a short walk to many bars, restaurants, shops, the beach and Rancho Texas. There is a bus stop close to the villa if you wish to travel to other parts of the island and you will find a taxi rank a little further at San Antonio. The Villa was clean and had everything you need and was spacious for the 3 of us. Great pool for cooling off in and the sun loungers were comfortable. The pool area is very private and not overlooked which was great.

Value for money

Perfect location within 5 minutes walk to a small selection of shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. And an easy 10 minute stroll further to the main resort. Lovely villa, with every thing you need inside and outside. Perfect outside area. Taxi’s, if required, are easy to flag down outside the villa. All in all we had a lovely time again in Puerto Del Carmen.

Great Villa and location

This villa has everything you need , well equipped kitchen , good bathrooms and comfortable beds. There is plenty of space outside and some good spots for sitting and enjoying the sun. The villa was immaculate and the cleaner who came mid week was brilliant. It is in a great location for exploring the strip and to walk down to Matagorda . We had a lovely time.

I would be happy to live here

The villa was excellent. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including very comfortable beds and all 5 UK terrestrial channels on the TV. The pool was cleaned once a week. Thanks also to David, the Buenavilla representative.
