"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay. We will go else where so that the house can be cleaned when we leave instead of extending it and remain in the unkept environment. We stayed that long because of nearness to home...

"Really lovely location and space. Communication with owner very good. Children loved the space and great we were all able to sit and eat together. Cooking facilities met our needs. "The property was very clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast provided was varied, plentiful and fresh. We only met the owner, Rosie and one other member of staff called Linda. Both were very welcoming, nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again...

"Have stayed at this hotel before, staff are friendly, gym & pool are both very good quality, restaurant food was very good, breakfast was also nice, the rooms are beginning to need a bit of a refresh, water was not very hot at all, we had several rooms booked all had the same problem with the water. We were attending a party at the hotel the buffet was excellent "
