Stamford is ten minutes away and if yoir visiting family in the area its a great base with good road links. We had our break at half term (February) the cottage is well heated with a log burning fire!....we bought extra logs from Morrisons in Stamford (about £8 a bag).Bob and Sarah provided a great welcome pack...

"Excellent size with clean and spacious rooms and bathroom. It was initially tricky to call the host on our International SIM card, but one we connected through WhatsApp he was very responsive. The yard had wonderfully scented flowers and the washer was much needed at this point in our trip. If we are back in the area, we will absolutely stay again!"

Days Inn by Wyndham Leicester Forest East M1

10/10 Excellent
"This was an amazing size room, spacious and clean, cozy and ver comfortable. It was different having breakfast in the services next door, but acceptable for the price. The only question is having to pay for parking as a disabled blue badge holder 😞. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Thank you"
