Enclosed back garden with sitting out area and garden furniture. Bike store. On-road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 4 large steps in the garden. There is an unfenced pond in the garden.. Tucked along the main street of the tranquil village of Market Overton, Teddy’s Cottage is a charming two-bedroom retreat, brimming with character.

Step through the back door into a shared courtyard, where a gate leads to a “secret garden” – a peaceful, flower-filled haven with an unfenced pond and extra seating, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Upstairs, the cottage offers a light double bedroom, a comfortable twin room, and a bathroom with both a bath and separate shower cubicle.

Market Overton is a friendly, historic village surrounded by beautiful Rutland countryside. The Lodge Trust, located in the village, is a peaceful spot for a stroll, with a café and small animal area, and a welcoming place to support a local charity.
