Amazing hotel! The room was beautiful with amazing bathroom. The service was incredible and they went out of their way to show you around the hotel and the facilities. The restaurants and bars were fantastic and the private beach was great. So much better than other hotels on the Palm!

This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers. We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. This was my second time to Four Seasons, Dubai. Other than sprinkling rose petals to walk on, I am really not sure how this hotel could be improved. A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic. Fantastic location - excellent breakfast and really good attentive service. Rooms were big and well equipped and swimming pool was lovely - bar staff and lifeguards really good too.

I stayed for 15 nights. Was in room 406. Masood was brilliant went over and above cleaned room every day. He waited till we went out for the day to clean. Security were excellent especially Juma and proboti they were all good. Staff purani dehli great service. Mr Azhar cannot thank him enough along side hamza and basit.
