"Great place to rent, relax by the pool on the golf course. Quick golf cart ride to Sumpter Landing. The house was well equiped and they provided everything we needed for a pleasent stay. The grill was nice to have also. Always something to do in the villages."

"This home was perfectly laid out for 4 of us to stay comfortably. Plenty of comfy seating and the kitchen was very well stocked. The location close to the square at Sumpter Landing was great. Plenty of restaurants and fun bands/dancing. Having a golf cart made it so easy to zip to the local pool and also to get to rec centers. I would definitely recommend this home!!"

"Kevin was great. He answered any questions we had and his villa was perfect! Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils and paper supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen. There was even a Keurig and several K-cups. We enjoyed coffee and donuts on the lanai and sitting in the sun on the lounge chairs. My wife particularly enjoyed riding the golf cart to the town squares. The Villages App was extremely helpful in navigating the multi-modal...

"I thought it was good overall…great location. They could use a couple of items. Cookie sheets, clocks, and more comfortable porch furniture. Could also use a full length mirror. I feel like with a vrbo however I should not have had to buy my own toilet paper and paper towels, nor should I be required to wash sheets and make up beds if I am paying a cleaning fee."
