The House: Updated and Stocked with all the essentials for either short or long term stays! Relax Ready! Meaning it is designed around everyday cooking, entertainment, and baking. Updates are Brand New LG appliance suite, 3 new 55" flat screen Roku TVs one in each bedroom, 65" flat screen Roku TV with Sony soundbar and subwoofer. All bedroom suites have new beds with 4 new pillows, new linens, with dressers and closets. All bathrooms have soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tooth brushes, tooth paste, hair dryer, towels, beach towels, insulated beach bag, and snorkeling gear! Of course, we got dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, and dryer sheets. Coffee, Tea, Sugar, and Sweet'nLow. Also, providing salt, pepper, and oil. Lots of cleaners, Sponges, ect... Garage door opener and white key card for the Gates to use. Stay longer? 20% Discount for stays longer that 7 days!

Great Stay on Scotch Pine Way

The Comforts of Home

My parents and I stayed at this home while we were visiting family just a couple miles away. The host was responsive and accommodating! The property had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home, including a very nice Weber grill. Most importantly, the home was very clean! We will stay here again when we visit our family.

Perfect House

Spent a week in this 3BR/2BA home. Perfect in location and everything else. Thad was wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend this rental. But you should know that this property backs up to a very busy Beuna Vista Blvd. The noise is not terrible and we didn’t notice it at night…but if taking a nap, it was a little distracting.

We stayed for a week in this comfortable house located between Brownwood Paddock Square and Lake Sumter Landing Square within minutes from groceries and restaurants. Owner responded instantly to inquires. Clean house, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen and speedy Wifi. Nice touch to have the bathrooms set up with the little things you expect in 5-star hotels. In fact, the house is best described as a spacious 5-star suite.

Beautiful home for our 3 adult group, but could easily accommodate 6. Lots of extra toiletries and housewares made it feel like home. Central to both Lake Sumter and Brownwood / Sawgrass Grove at around 10-15 min by car. Rec Centers in every direction - host provided visitor passes on request. Host was very kind and quick to respond to multiple questions. Neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and safe. Will definitely stay here again when visiting The Villages!

The hosts of this property thought of every convenience. The amenities we appreciated were luxury hotel sheets, large roku tvs in all bedrooms, large overhead fans in each room, and a well appointed kitchen. The location was so close to pools and golf courses. The porch had a front view of The Villages water tower. It lights up at night. So iconic for the Villages.The property had a brand new feel which was much appreciated. Hope to rent again!

Highly Recommend!

This place was very clean and new looking (looks like may have just been remodeled), all the furniture, appliances and TV's (4) were new. I have rented houses in The Villages for quite a few years as my brother lives here. This was the best equipped I have ever rented (TP. paper towels, coffee - Keurig and reg, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom, pods for dishwasher and clothes washer etc., etc....) and enough for the whole week. The place was very well organized and had EVERYTHING you could need. Also loved the 'welcome' book! Would definitely stay there again (less than a mile from my brother's place). It would have been nice to have a golf cart but really not needed. If I knew our dates for next Christmas I would reserve right now....
